There are many Alzheimer's resources available to people with Alzheimer's and their caregivers. You can get advice from people who know what you're going through. They have experiences that you can learn from, and they can also point you to local services for help.

Alzheimer's Association¹

This group supports families and caregivers of people with Alzheimer's. It provides news and tips on its Web site. There are almost 300 local chapters. Each chapter may help people find the help they need. The Association also hosts support groups in many areas.

This government Web site is funded by the National Institute on Aging. It has news and updates on Alzheimer's issues. These may include diagnosis, treatment, and care. You may also find advice on caregiving and long-term care.
